Warrington & Co provide support to fill new job vacancies

There’s been some exciting new job opportunities in Warrington recently, most notably with Gousto who are set to move onto Omega into a new 300,700 sq ft site and are recruiting a total of 430 new roles.

Part of our offer at W&Co is to support new businesses with recruitment and to link them in with our employment support programmes.  Our aim is to link local people with local opportunities, and we do this in partnership with a substantial network of partners and employment support providers, as well as matching participants from our own programmes into job interviews with new employers.

We’ve been working with Gousto, meeting with national and local representatives to understand their recruitment needs and sharing vacancies across our extensive partnership network.  We’ve linked in with DWP who have arranged a Sector Based Work Academy for Production Operatives (5 days training with a guaranteed interview on completion), which we have hosted at The Base.

Support has also been provided recently to both Costello’s and Parlour – new tenants at Time Square.

Adele Costello commented, “The support we have been given so far has been a real help and has led to local people who might not have known about us before, getting into contact with us in regards to different job roles. As a local business its great to know we can reach out for this additional support as and when needed.”
