Primas Law has undertaken a hiring spree as part of its growth plans.

New to the growing corporate and commercial department is solicitor Alena Makarevich, who joins after working as in-house counsel for a global petrochemicals company.

The firm's insolvency arm has also welcomed experienced restructuring and insolvency solicitor Usama Sheikh, who joins from Hill Dickinson LLP, while Lynne Ashton has been made HR manager.

Elsewhere, Primas Law has promoted associate Tim Dillon to the role of senior associate while Ann-Marie Daly has completed her traineeship and is now a solicitor within the real estate team.
