Warrington HQ'd PAM Group has made a £3m investment in warehouse capacity for its specialist retail business, creating 25 jobs.

The company has acquired Fortune House, a 30,750sq ft warehouse on Sefton Business Park at Aintree. It was built in 1989 as a call centre for Vernon’s Pools.

The site on Deltic Way includes an area earmarked for seven smaller units covering a further 18,700 sq ft. Plans for the additional units have been submitted to Sefton Council.

The expansion comes as PAM Health is on track to turnover £5m in 2021.

It will initially create 25 roles, potentially rising to 50 in the coming years.
