Warrington-based preventative healthcare specialist PAM Group has appointed a managing director of its ToHealth business to spearhead its ambitious expansion plans.

Kerry-Dene Ihlenfeldt has been promoted to the newly-created role from her previous position as operations director.

She has also been appointed to the PAM Group board.

Ihlenfeldt joined PAM Group seven years ago as a trainee occupational health adviser after spending 11 years as a nurse. She also worked in health and safety and as an IT consultant.
