Plans to transform a former BT call centre in Warrington into a huge mixed use facility have been unveiled.

If backed, it is hoped that the application would "help reinforce the growth of employment" in the area.

AEW has drawn up the proposals, which concern a site on Europa Boulevard.

It has been identified as being within a defined employment area.

Proposed is repurposing the existing building into a 120,360 operation.

This would comprise 110,220 sq ft of warehouse space, as well as 5,070 sq ft of offices on both the ground and first floors.

Also proposed is a 150-space car parking around the building, which is located centrally in the wider Europa Boulevard development.
