Birchwood Park in Warrington has secured the largest letting in its history.

E-commerce fashion retailer Arne Clo has struck a ten-year deal on 720 Daten Avenue, a 59,055 sq ft warehouse unit.

The move sees phase two of the venue's multimillion-pound Cavendish Warehouse development become fully let.
