Two North West IT companies have joined forces following the acquisition of Salford-based Staveley Comms by Warrington firm Communicate Better, for an undisclosed sum.

Converged technology provider Communicate Better has flourished amid the pandemic and will expand its geographical coverage across the UK, with its 17th acquisition in the past 10 years.

The move will strengthen its IT, mobile, telephony and telematics offering.

The latest purchase, which is described as “a natural fit” by chief executive Wayne Cartwright, will give the firm the opportunity to cross-sell a wide range of products to the Staveley Comms customer base.

Staveley Comms was established in 1998 and is an IT and Telephony specialist.
