Warrington hosts the Stage 5 finish of the Tour of Britain on Thursday 9 September, with the finish set to take place outside the iconic Golden Gates.
With the spectacular route for the Stage 5 finish now confirmed, there’s no better time to prepare for the world-class event which will be passing many of our most iconic locations.
The tour will be passing many of our businesses and venues too, and you can show your support for the event - which we know will put Warrington firmly on the map - by involving your business and colleagues in the event.
How to get involved
Our Tour of Britain webpage has information and resources to help you get into the Tour of Britain spirit – including downloadable posters and bunting.
And, if the route of the Tour is going past your business, why not line the route with your colleagues to watch the spectacle, or pop down to the Event Village at Bank Park on the day?
Finally, the national Land Art Competition really is a brilliant way to put yourself firmly on the map by creating eye-catching creations that always prove popular with the television audience.
We look forward to you joining us in celebrating what will be a day of world-class sport for Warrington.
