Hillview Real Estate has secured a new letting at its flagship headquarters building in Warrington.

Jeremy Benn Associates is an engineering and environmental consultancy with 14 offices throughout the UK.

It has signed a five-year lease at Phoenix House, moving from its existing town centre premises.

Krista Keating, technical director at JBA, said: "We chose Phoenix House because it offers high-quality office accommodation in close proximity to Warrington town centre."
