A site next to the town’s BT exchange that has outline planning permission for a 39-unit residential scheme has hit the market.
Owned by Chesro, a Grappenhall-based family property firm, the site is described as being “perfect for a potential student village development or for the private rented sector”, by agency Morgan Williams.
Warrington Council granted outline planning approval earlier this year for the redevelopment of the site into an eight-storey residential scheme featuring 25 one-bedroom apartments, and an additional 11 with two bedrooms.
There are to be a trio of three-bedroom flats and a 1,200 sq ft commercial unit on the ground floor, under the approved plans.
