A US parcel delivery company, understood to be UPS, has taken the last M62-facing adjacent unit at Warrington’s prime industrial site.

The unit was built by Brackley Developments on behalf of US investor Cabot. The incoming tenant has signed up for a ten-year lease on the unit at a headline rent of £612,990 per year, equivalent to £6.95 per sq ft.

B8 Real Estate, which advised on the original funding, acted as joint agent on the letting deal with CBRE.
