The partners behind Warrington's Time Square have exchanged a deal with bar Costello's to become the latest occupier at the £142m scheme.
A 3,562 sq ft deal has been exchanged with Costello's at the mixed-use destination.
The Warrington town centre scheme has been brought forward by Warrington & Co on behalf of the town's borough council.
Town and city-centre regeneration specialist, Muse Developments, has been appointed as development manager.
The Costello family – who own Costello's bars, along with micro-breweries, Lymm Brewery and Dunham Massey Brewing Company - will start the fit out soon as they look to bring their brand of craft ales to the town centre.
