Warrington-headquartered British Engineering Services has made its latest acquisition, with the Inflexion-backed business hailing the deal as "fantastic".

Established in 1987, AWL is a family-run non-destructive testing (NDT) business based in South Shields.

The business will help strengthen BES' existing NDT offering as it continues to position itself for growth.
