Bridge Properties has bought Dominion House in Birchwood, Warrington from Kames Capital for an undisclosed sum as it seeks to grow its investment portfolio.

The building at Temple Court business park in Birchwood comprises 41,000 sq ft of office space over three floors and will be available to let later this year in suites of 3,500 sq ft upwards, according to Bridge Properties.

The company has appointed design consultancy Incognito to oversee a fit-out of the property – to include a rooftop terrace and bar – and said it aims to replicate success achieved at Eden Point in Cheadle, which Bridge acquired for £3.2m in 2017 and transformed into a new working environment.

The scheme secured five new tenants over the course of last year and currently has 3,000 sq ft vacant.

Dominion House’s vendor Kames is part of Aegon Asset Management, which was represented in the sale by agencies JLL and Savills. Canning O’Neill is the letting agent for Dominion House.
