Warrington-based residential property agency Salboy International has opened a new office in Shanghai following a sharp increase in Far Eastern investment sales.
The company was established in 2017, primarily to market sister company Salboy’s high profile Manchester developments to a global audience.
It is privately-owned by Simon Ismail and Fred Done.
The Shanghai office is situated in the Platinum Building in the central Xintiandi district and has been opened to help facilitate an expansion across China.
It will not only continue to market Manchester apartment developments such as Local Blackfriars and Local Crescent but also act as a sales agent for other developers around the world.
