A web portal that aims to change the way investors search for their next investment property has signed up 5,000 agents in its first six months and is on target for a first year turnover of £200,000.
Pring.co.uk took two years to develop and has already attracted estate agents across the UK who have uploaded more than 300,000 properties onto the site and it is attracting 100,000 visits a month from people wanting to search for investment properties.
It is the brainchild of Warrington entrepreneur Stephen Moss who has invested £50,000 into the start-up.
He started his career in an estate agency before going on to co-found a number of other property businesses, including, Legal 4 Landlords headquartered in Warrington.
The site allows users to search for investment properties that meet their exact requirements using a range of search criteria, including location, purchase price, rental value, mortgage cost, potential yield and return on investment.
Moss plans to introduce commercial properties and auction properties onto the site within the next two of years.
