Warrington Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for the freehold sale of Garven Place in Warrington town Centre.

Adjacent to the Town Hall, recently refurbished Bank Park and the Bath Stree Health & Wellbeing Centre, the site covers 1.38 acres and includes the attractive heritage Grade 2 listed buildings Bank House (88) and 86 Sankey Street.

The site would be suitable for a high quality, mixed use or residential scheme (subject to planning permission).
