Property investment company Ace Liberty and Stone has acquired properties in Middlesbrough and Warrington in a double deal worth more than £10m.
It has completed the purchase of James Cook House in Middlesbrough for £7.125m and Nolan House in Warrington for £2.9m. Both properties are currently let to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government until March 2027.
The property in Warrington is the only Jobcentre Plus serving the Warrington South constituency, and the Middlesbrough property is also the only Jobcentre Plus servicing its local constituency.
The properties are both let on a full repairing and insuring (FRI) basis and are subject to an upwards only market rent review in 2023.
