Residential developer Mulbury is set to complete 455 new homes for registered housing providers in the current financial year, despite delays caused by the coronavirus lockdown.
And the Warrington-based company remains confident of hitting the target it set in October 2019 of building 3,000 new homes in the North West over the next five years.
Mulbury is already on site with nine schemes across the region and plans to start on four more this Summer, including sites in Boothstown, Shaw and Hollingworth in Greater Manchester, and Clitheroe in Lancashire.
