Cheshire-based property investment company The Hollins Murray Group has acquired Bishops Court – a 110,000sq ft multi let industrial estate in Winwick Quay, Warrington – for £4.25m, reflecting a net initial yield of about 5.14% for a private vendor.

Bishops Court comprises eight modern semi-detached industrial units and is situated in an established industrial location next to junction 9 of the M62 motorway and less than 1.5 miles from Warrington town centre.

Five of the eight units on the estate are let to occupiers Bliss Supplies, Newton-Le-Willows Blinds, Optibelt, Waveguide Lighting Limited and Fridge Rentals.
