An office development in Warrington located on the site of the former Greenall’s Brewery has signed deals with four new tenants including a global bank.
The Quayside at Wilderspool Park has been revitalised by regional property company Bruntwood.
On the back of this, it has welcomed Handelsbanken which will be locating itself in a 2,840 sq ft office on the Quayside’s first floor.
Agreements have also been struck with international healthcare product manufacturer Medline, PR agency No Brainer and customer acquisition agency Enjoy.
Medline produces and distributes medical supplies and equipment throughout North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Its product range spans wholesale and customised products for general, surgical and emergency care. The business will be based within a 4,500 sq ft office.
No Brainer provides public relations, social media and content marketing services and has expanded into a 1,632 sq ft office on the second floor. Digitally-driven hybrid marketing agency Enjoy has taken a 1,632 sq ft office on the building’s first floor.
Once part of the warehouses and halls of Greenall’s Brewery, Wilderspool Park is made up of four historical buildings: Brewhouse, Malt Building, Quayside and Whitehouse. These house an array of companies.
