Warrington-headquartered healthcare property developer Assura has completed the acquisition of a counterpart.

Operating out of Ipswich, Apollo Capital Projects Development has a 20-year track record of developing primary care properties across the UK.

As well as expanding the Assura development team to 11 specialist surveyors, the acquisition increases the group’s immediate and extended development pipeline by an initial eight schemes with a total capital expenditure of £50m.
