A £107m development to transform Warrington town centre has been granted planning permission.
The project, formerly known as the Bridge Street Quarter, includes plans for a new market hall, a 2,000-seat multiplex cinema, a new council office and a public square.
Demolition of buildings in the Cheshire town’s Time Square began last year.
Warrington Borough Council said work on the scheme, by Muse Developments, is due to be completed in 2019. The development aims to create 400 jobs.
