Styles & Wood has been appointed to deliver a retail fit-out project by Warrington Council as part of its three-year £107m Time Square project, in partnership with Muse Developments.
The £2.8m contract will see Styles & Wood fit-out a 25,500 sq ft market in Time Square, creating space for around 55 retail units for the town’s local businesses. The space will be used as temporary retail accommodation while the town’s market hall is redeveloped as part of the wider regeneration. The six-month project is due to be completed in summer 2017 with the market opening on 29 August.
Once the regeneration of the hall in Bridge Street is finished in 2019, the temporary market will then be converted into a permanent retail space for the town.
