TEP Celebrates 20 Years by Expanding Its Urban Design Team

Consultancy TEP – The Environment Partnership celebrates its 20th year in business by expanding its Urban Design team at its head office in Warrington. The firm has made a series of appointments and promotions as it seeks to develop new opportunities in its growing Urban Design business.
The environmental consultancy serves key markets from its Warrington head office alongside other offices in London, Gateshead, Market Harborough and Cornwall. The team recently secured approval for new homes at Rudgate Park, Thorp Arch in Wetherby on behalf of the Homes and Communities Agency and is now working on the scheme’s second phase. TEP has also recently submitted residential masterplans for a number of sites, including at Cottenham, Cambridgeshire and Heather, Leicestershire and has delivered a landscape strategy for the Manydown Urban Extension in Basingstoke.
Commenting on the team’s growth, Director Ian Grimshaw said “We are delighted to celebrate TEP’s 20th year in business helping clients achieve sustainable developments up and down the country.
