Riaz takes full ownership of 360 Audit

A media lawyer has bought out the other shareholders of 360 Audit to take full ownership of the Warrington-headquartered international royalty auditing business, which counts Jamie Oliver, Gary Barlow, Nickelodeon and Liverpool FC among its clients.
Henna Riaz has bought out Tommy Schweiger and equity finance firm Dow Schofield Watts, who jointly owned 45 per cent of the company.
360 Audit, which was established in 2010, currently employs nine members of staff. Following the deal, the media lawyer has recruited Philia Riaz as global head of audit who joins after holding senior auditing roles at PwC, Arup and Grant Thornton.
