Eddie Stobart Logistics is set to report a huge rise in revenue after performing ahead of market expectations.
In a trading update for the financial year to 30 November 2018, the Warrington-headquartered company grew its income by 35 per cent to approximately £843m. This was up from £623.9m the year before.
Revenues excluding contributions from its acquired subsidiaries – iForce, Speedy Freight and The Pallet Network (TPN) – were up by 18 per cent, which Eddie Stobart noted “reflects significant and broad-based growth across all our sectors”.
It secured £162m of new contract wins during the year, benefitted from organic growth within the existing customer base and was boosted by the strong performance of its acquired subsidiaries.
