The chair of the Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has joined business leaders from across the country’s LEP network to meet the Prime Minister and track progress on their work to boost economic growth.

Christine Gaskell CBE was part of a group which briefed Theresa May on the development of their local industrial strategies, which will see the organisations work closely with government.

The meeting took place in the same week that Cheshire and Warrington launched its Local Industrial Strategy Engagement Programme in Crewe.
