Warrington-based Knight Corporate Finance has completed work on two transactions.
The company has advised the shareholders of Network Telecom on its sale to Enreach, a fast-growing European group backed by Waterland.
Knight has been working with Network Telecom for a number of years in an ongoing advisory role for founder Paul Maxfield, who was attracted to the fact that Enreach was looking for a UK platform to build on.
Paul Billingham led the transaction and was supported by Tom Jones, Dom Lillie and Nick Townley-Wells.
Last month, Knight also advised Invosys on its £6.3m funding package from Santander UK, which was secured as part of its growth plans.
