A Warrington landscaping business which won a Best in Show award at the Tatton Flower Show earlier this year has expanded into North Wales with the acquisition of a £2m-turnover counterpart.
Hultons Landscapes has bought Wright Landscapes which employs 15 staff across its offices in Wrexham and Alltami. Clients include local authorities, developers, contractors and architects.
“This has been a landmark year for Hultons and the acquisition is another milestone for us,” said Lee Webster, managing director of Hultons Landscapes.
“We continue to achieve exceptional sales growth year on year and this has allowed us to secure further investment to strengthen our business.
“Meanwhile, our work in the sector is also gaining increased recognition and saw us win two awards from the British Association of Landscaping Industries this year.”
Hultons Landscapes was founded in 1968 and employs 65 staff in its office in Lymm. A further office opening is planned for the Midlands.
