Warrington & Co. published their 21st Annual Warrington Property Review in front of a packed audience at the Park Royal Hotel.
The document provides an in depth analysis of the Warrington property development and investment market for 2018 and once again shows significant progress, growth and investor confidence.
Over the 21 years that the Review has been undertaken over £2 Billion investment spend in Warrington has been recorded.
Last year was another strong year of investment with 26 deals completed comprising a total spend of £140.2 million of which £64.1 million were industrial sector deals. This surpassed the figures recorded in 2015 and 2016.
The 2018 Warrington Office market also saw an excellent year with an overall take up increasing by 10,000sq m on the previous year. Average deal sizes increased and a record prime rent achieved of 236 per sq metre.
