Support for 15-24 year olds
In Cheshire and Warrington, The European Social Fund (ESF) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) are supporting the BeInspired project which aims to work with young people (15-24 year olds) who are facing obstacles to getting a job. BeInspired provides pre-employment skills training, help in developing the skills, experience and qualifications young people require for the transition from unemployment into work.
It will help young people to achieve their career and employment goals, and provide support for progression into an apprenticeship, traineeship or further education outcome.
the Employment Development Team at Warrington & Co. work extensively with the local labour market and have links with employers and partners in many sectors including:
- Science and Technology
- Telecommunications and IT
- Hair and Beauty
- Finance and Administration
Warrington & Co. are the exclusive delivery partner for the BeInspired project within Warrington.
Support is delivered on a one-to-one basis and provides bespoke advice and guidance to link young people to local employers and partners within their chosen chosen industry.
- 15-24 years of age
- Currently unemployed, not in training, education or employment
- Have stopped attending school/college/university, or are at risk of dropping out
