A renowned restaurant chain is ‘steaking’ its claim on Stockton Heath.

The former Bistrot Pierre unit in London Road will be transformed into the steakhouse, Tomahawk.

An opening date has been pencilled in for May – or as soon as restrictions ease for hospitality – with around 25 jobs being created. Tomahawk, hailing from the north east, have designed a 85-cover restaurant for the village where the specialist menu will feature the ‘finest Himalayan salt dry aged heritage and rare breed steak around’, accompanied by signature cocktails.
