The site of a pub which closed six years ago in Lymm in Cheshire is to be transformed into 10 new houses after it was acquired by developer Mulbury.
Mulbury has secured planning permission to the homes where the former Farmers Arms currently stands on Rush Green Road site.
The homes will be marketed by its residential housing division Mulbury Living.
The scheme will consist of eight detached four-bedroom family homes and two semi-detached two-bedroom properties arranged around a cul-de-sac. The two-bedroom homes will be offered at a discounted price to people with local connections.
