Tungsten Properties has secured approval for a 244,000 sq ft speculative industrial unit at the former Travis Perkins facility in Warrington.

The company purchased the 11.03-acre site at Appleton Thorn Trading Estate in Q2 2020.

A planning application was subsequently submitted to Warrington Borough Council to demolish the existing buildings to construct a single site dubbed Super W.

It will be able to accommodate 200 jobs.
